Washington DC Bus Charters is no stranger to organizing charter bus services for DC concerts and events at the local major venues. Whether you need sports team transportation to bring a little league team to a Washington Nationals game or want to rent a sprinter van with a driver for a seamless travel experience to a concert at Capital One Arena, our team knows the ins and outs of charter bus pickups, drop-offs, and parking at Washington DC’s stadiums and arenas.

Address: 1500 South Capitol Street, SE, Washington, DC 20003-1507
As the home to the MLB’s Washington Nationals—and the largest sports venue in the city—Nationals Park hosts tens of thousands of attendees for baseball games and massive stadium tours. We can help you organize private transportation for a small group of fans or rent a full-size charter bus for a large group like a sports team or class of students.
Group drop-offs at Nationals Park are often along N Street SE close to the stadium’s First Street entrance. This spot allows your group to unload safely and enjoy a quick walk to the gates. There is no game-day charter bus parking available, so your driver will drop you off before going to an off-site staging area like the Buzzard’s Point Lot.
Address: 601 F St NW, Washington, DC 20004
Fan groups from around the Northeast need a charter bus rental to Washington DC to attend an event at Capital One Arena. You might find yourself planning a trip here to see an NBA Washington Wizards game, a major touring performer (like Coldplay and Lady Gaga), a monster truck rally, or a Disney on Ice show.
Since Capital One Arena is located in the middle of busy downtown, organizing a swift pickup/drop-off service takes some extra planning. Curbside space around the arena is restricted and uncommon for an oversized vehicle, so the most accommodating location is the designated motorcoach zone near The Marriott Hotel: on K Street NW between 8th Street NW and 9th Street NW. From here, it’s a straight, 6-8 minute 3-block walk for your group to Capital One Arena. As for parking, Union Station Bus Terminal accepts reservations for charter bus rentals and charges $60-$75 per day, per vehicle.
Address: 100 Potomac Ave SW, Washington, DC 20024
Audi Field at Buzzard Point draws major crowds for D.C. United Major League Soccer matches and concerts and music festivals (like the Rock The Bells Festival), and is a hot spot for a corporate outing or networking conference. You might plan to rent a private minibus here with your D.C. United fan club or book corporate transportation for DC professionals attending an event here.
On match days, the streets surrounding the stadium are highly restricted, so drop-offs and pickups are commonly organized east of the stadium along Potomac Avenue SW. After your group loads/unloads, your driver can park and wait a few blocks away at Buzzard’s Point Lot, which can accommodate up to 80 charter buses. Standard pricing is $20 for up to 3 hours or $50 per day, but major events often cause fee spikes, so you may want to budget a little extra for parking fees when planning your charter bus rental costs.
